These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EUNO mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by Clark Developments, Pretoria, South Africa ("EUNO", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use EUNO. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login details secure, and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
EUNO rewards physical activity. You earn "beans" and rewards by completing walks, runs and cycles, buying coffee at partner cafes, maintaining streaks and reaching goals. Beans and rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may only be used within the Service as described in the app.
You agree to use the Service honestly. You must not fake activity, manipulate GPS or motion data, use automation, operate multiple accounts to gain rewards, or otherwise attempt to earn beans or rewards you did not genuinely earn. We use automated checks to detect unrealistic activity and may pause tracking, void rewards, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
You must not misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in unauthorised ways, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it, uploading harmful code, or using it to break any law. You must not infringe the rights of others or submit content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.
EUNO encourages physical activity but is not a medical or fitness-advice service. You exercise at your own risk. Always move safely, follow the rules of the road, stay aware of your surroundings, and consult a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise routine if you have any concerns.
Partner cafes are independent businesses. We are not responsible for the products, service or conduct of any partner. Any issue with a purchase or a partner's offer is between you and that partner, although we are happy to help where we can.
The Service, including the EUNO name, logo, design and software, is owned by Clark Developments and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.
We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service or your access to it. We try to keep the Service running smoothly but do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
You may stop using EUNO and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and any unredeemed beans or rewards are forfeited.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, EUNO and Clark Developments are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
